How to make Panipopo.

Ingredients
Warm water
Yeast
Sugar
High grade of flour
Self raising flour
Milk
Butter
Coconut

Method / Steps..
1/4 cup of warm water
2 tsp of yeast
1/4 teaspoon of sugar as well(Mix together, then let activate for 10 mins).
2 cups of high grade flour
1 ½ of self-raising flour.
1 tsp of sugar
1 cup of milk
3 tsp of butter (add activated yeast to the mixture ).
You want to take your clean hands and get into it until it’s all in one big piece of dough.
So you store the dough in a warm place until it rises to twice its size ( 20 minutes ).
Don’t handle the dough too much and roll it out to medium thickness.
Then you have to pour the the coconut cream into the pan.
Preheat the oven to 183 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
