Physical Change.
WALT:see if sugar can change from a solid to a liquid and if that can be reversed.
What we did first is that Mr Naidoo dissolve the sugar with water inside and it tasted like it sweet so then he put the sugar and the water in the pan.But when it was cooked it looked like there were no sugar inside but there were bubbles everywhere.So when the sugar and the water was cooked it was mounting.
